Fee Increase? What fee Increase? (revisited)

Several observant eBay store sellers who were up late as the
new fees took affect at midnight (Pacific Time) today realized that eBay still
hadn't updated its Stores Fee Page on their site.  As I write this the page
is still showing a $.02 listing fee per item per 30 days.  A few sellers on
the eBay Stores Discussion Forum stated that seconds after midnight, they were
charged the new $.06 per item rate despite eBay still having the $.02 rate
posted.  This particular snafu comes just a day after the management of
eBay was called into question by a major financial blog site, BloggingStocks.

It is now 12:55 ebay time, and the Stores Page has yet to be
updated.  Class action anyone?
