Former eBay Employee Speaks Out

There's a new post on the Auctionbytes blog about a former eBay employee who is speaking out a bit and confirming a lot of what eBay critics and sellers have been saying and thinking over the past few years. The former employee was a TSAM (Top Seller Account Manager) who dealt with the top 1% of eBay sellers in terms of sales. The article is worth checking out and shows numerous ways in which eBay catered to the large sellers while basically walking all over the smaller sellers.

The employee stops short of saying that eBay intentionally used tactics that would harm certain sellers, something that many current and former sellers would love to debate.
